Hi there.
Thanks for writing in.
The possibilities that I can think of are :
urinary tract infection,
gastritis, GERD, anxiety,
thyroid disorders, or
irritable bowel syndrome.
The nausea ,
vomiting,
frequent urination might be symptoms of a urinary tract infection. Anxiety , Stress, Thyroid disorders can also present with the symptoms you are currently experiencing. Also the nausea , vomiting , abdominal cramps, burning sensation in the stomach might be attributed to acidity, gastritis, etc.
I would advise you to get the following tests done:
Urine routine and microscopy ( to look for evidence of any urinary tract infection) . If the results are normal, just continue having plenty of fluids, at least 8-10 glasses of warm water a day. A glass of cranberry juice might also help. If there is significant bacteria in the urine test, then antibiotics might be necessary.
As of now , I would suggest you to take
pantoprazole 40mg once daily half an hour before breakfast for 2 weeks. Pantoprazole might help take care of the symptoms related to acidity and gastritis. If there is no symptomatic relief at all , please visit a gastroenterologist.
Please avoid smoking and alcohol which are gastric irritants. Avoid tea, coffee, carbonated beverages, spicy food , oily, deep fried food.
Hope this helps
