Low Body Temperature, Sore Throat, Swollen Glands, Headache. Tried Cholroseptic Spray, Luden's Drops. Cure?

I have a low body temp of 97.5, sore throat , tonsils and glands only on the right side accompanied by right ear ache and mild, but persistent headache . The only environmental change was turning on a natural gas heater. Have done salt and water gargles, cholroseptic spray, and luden s drops. Any thing to be worried about?
