My wife has lower abdomen USG report and it shows that, Urinary bladder is well distended with normal contour and wall thickness. No intraluminal lesion is noted. Right ovary is normal in size, shape & echotexture. lett ovary is not visualized. One cystic SOL (4.63 cm X 4.46 cm) is noted in the left adnexa. POD clear. Please suggest the treatment for this.
As regards the USG report it is clear that the only problem is cystic SOL in left adexa and as the swelling is cystic of moderate size if it causes some symptoms like pain or the size of the cyst though unusual is increasing need to under go surgical resection of the same and no other treatment will help you to get rid of this problem otherwise the report of your Ultrasound is unremarkable.
with best wishes
