Hello dear,

If the pregnancy tests are showing negative results, then pregnancy can be ruled out.
Keeping in consideration that you have done the test twice, the chances of error are less.
However, further confirmation can be done by blood HCG test.

The delay in periods and lower abdominal pain can be attributed to hormonal imbalance in the body or Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
As i pill has a high hormonal content, it is known to cause irregularity in the menstrual cycle.

So, please consult a Gynecologist for further management.

Investigations like complete blood count & Ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis will be helpful in detecting any pathology.

Wishing you a good health.
Thanks ans take care.
