Lower Back Pain After Deep Breath, Shooting Pain Down To Leg. Treatment?

I get pain in my lower back when I take a deep breath, it feels like someone is grabbing me from inside and sometimes the pain shoots down my left leg. I feel I can't stand up straight and is uncomfortable when I go to stand or sit. Once sitting I am ok. I have not lifted anything heavy or made any sudden movements or done anything traumatic that would cause injury.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some strain on your back muscles.
It can occur even with simple unusual movement at back without your knowledge.
If you are elderly then there is possibility of having osteo-artheritis changes in your back spine can give rise to this problem.
Take some analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine.
Avoid forward bending movement or lifting heavy weight.
Ok and take care.
