Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

iam asking for my mother she is around 55 yrs.she is having pain in the lower backside to the leg.she is telling sometimes is feeling pain through nerves in the leg and having taken ayurvedic treatment for 2 years.not yet cured.we are seeking for best treatment to cure completely.she is very much tensed about her health.please tell me any suggestion

it can be due to herniated disc.. confirm diagnosis can only be done after xray and mri. which i would suggest you to do. just for time being she can start physiotherapy exercise like bridging and back extension exercises. if she find relieved she can continue. as these exercise will help her reduce disk pressure in back and result if disc is grade 1 and 2.. to confirm please consult your nearby orthopeadician
