Lower Back Pain, Difficulty In Movement, Sore Feet. MRI Shows Spinal Stynosis. Options Other Than Surgery?

i am having lower back pain and have tried everything i can I have iced it has xrays done mri been to se three orthopedics and a spine surgen. I have had shoots in the lumbar region. It hurts when i get up in the morning i can not bend over and have a hard time puting my shoes on when walking i can not lift my right leg up no higher than a few feet it is really sore i like to do a lot of activities mow gradd puoll wee (this really hurts) paint it really hurts when i am sitting and bending at my waist to paint baseboards. The mri shows that I hav mild to moderate spinol stynosis. I wish i could find a non avasicve sugery to correct the problem so i can have a normal active life please help me.
