Lower Pelvic Pain And Sore Feelingin Stomach. Is It UTI?
about once a month i get lower pelvic pain , almost like a sore feeling in the tummy. I also get very very tired worn out feeling at the same time. i go to doctors they send of my urine give me antiobiotics and then the urine sample comes back with nothing showing/growing can i still have a uti if the urine hasnt grown anything
Symptoms of a UTI include:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Fever
-Chills
-Frequent urination
-Exhaustion
-Lower abdominal pain
As the only symptom you have that matches a UTI, a urine analysis would be required to make a diagnosis. But, as your urine analysis also returns negative to bacteria and pus cells, it is highly unlikely that you have a UTI.
It is best you undergo an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to help in making a diagnosis. But, as of now a UTI is ruled out. Please discuss with your doctor to consider other possibilities.
I hope I have succeeded in answering your questions, you could write back to me anytime for further clarifications.
