Lower Spinal Stenosis, Pain And Numbness Down The Leg. Suggest Naturopathic Treatment

Hello Naturopathic Doctor, May we ask what you recommend for lower spinal stenosis of 10 years and pain and numbness down the leg after 10 minutes of walking and standing. Does he need an operation by a specialist since he is now 69 years old and is a vegan non-gmo whole food with no more perscription drugs, no excitotoxins, no glutamates, no aspartames, but still he seems to need natural antiinflammatories as we are trying MSM and we heard Sarapin natural anti-inflammatory helps pain. Do you recommend anything else for this patient please?
