Hello,

In perimenopausal age, there is hormonal ups & downs in association with mental stress, over wt, vaginal/ pelvic infection which may lead to above clinical features.

As your annual check up was good, then you have nothing to worry. You can take some anti-spasmodic medication and tranexamic acid group of drug to arrest bleeding. Additionally, you can do one urine examination and blood sugar test.

Maintain a healthy life style and good genital hygiene. Be well.

Thanks for posting your query.

From the information you have provided,

You are going through menopausal changes.
If your bleeding is more than 7 days or heavy or irregular ie in between cycles such that there is no pattern to bleeding , then you must see doctor immediately.

You will need a scan, pap smear (if not done recently) & scan to look at the uterus and ovaries. You may be advised thyroid testing also.

You might be advised further testing that is endometrial biopsy based on the scan findings.

Burning inside the vagina and frequent urination might be due to vaginal and or urinary infection. If you haven't checked for diabetes recently, its better to do that along with the treatment for infection.

All the best, Hope I have cleared your doubts!
