Lump Above Collarbone. Area Is Swollen. Have I Had A Pull?
Hi- I have a lump right above my collarbone, in the front midway between my shoulder and throat . It s tender to the touch and it moves and you can see that the area is a little swollen. No other pain anywhere and I feel totally fine. Saw an MD and she said she isn t concerned. What is it? I also did weighted sit ups on Tues, not sure if I pulled anything? Oh, I also have a fungal infection on my underarms (from sweating)

Hi,
After reading your symptoms i feel that you have lymphadenitis ie: inflammation of lymph glands. Its a minor condition in which these glands get swollen when you have infection in the body. Fungal infection may have caused it but usually it is overlapped with some other mild infection in the body such as common cold or throat ache.
I would suggest you to take an anti fungal drug along with an antibiotic and a painkiller as well. The sweeling should subside within a couple of days leaving your body infection free.
