Lump Above The Ankle, Weakness And Tingling In The Lower Leg. Lump Is Looking Inflamed. Any Vascular Problem?

Hello,
I have a small lump above ankle on the outside of right calf, it is about a size of a raisin. It only shows when my excersise includes running, hiking, cycling, playing soccer etc. Also, my whole lower leg feels weak and tingling when I put some stress on calf muscle, and area around lump feels inflamed. This lasts for a couple years and it's getting me worried. I'm 28yo, 6.2 tall, 216lbs.I had no any circulation, vein or vascular problems so far or any major health issues. Any ideas what could it be? Thank You.
