Lump Behind Ear. Reason Not Found Out. Lymph Node Or Cyst?

I have a soft lump behind my ear. Went to regular doctor who did not know what it was and sent me to a dermatologist. I had 3 different doctors come in the room and none of them had an idea what it was. All 3 did not feel comfortable with removing it. Was told to wait 2 weeks and if not gone one of them would cut it open and send for a biopsy. What could it possibly be if not lympe nodes or a cyste?

Please get an FNAC done after a course of antibiotics (if clinically it feels like a lymph node on palpation). A cyst or lymph node can easily be differentiated with FNAC.
