As you have got your wisdom tooth removed,check whether any root piece remaining within the socket causing inflammation.
Get oral examination done to find out any decayed tooth remaining in your oral cavity.
If so,get root canal treatment or restoration done depending on severity of lesion.
Get pus drained and curetted if present.
Take antibiotics complete course.
Frequent warm saline gargle may help.
Use Listerine mouthrinses to gargle.

As per your clinical history I suppose that lump in the cheek can be due chronic cheek biting habit which is causing trauma to the cheek mucosa resulting in formation of cyst or an beningn fibroma.

Other than this it could be due to any root piece left at the time of wisdom tooth removal which is now causing abscess formation leading to formation of lump.

I would suggest you to visit a Dentist and get a thorough checkup done,
Take an OPG radiograph, beningn lump which is causing discomfort can be excised surgically.
Go for symptomatic treatment of complete mouth scaling and polishing.

Maintain a good oral hygiene, use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Your problem could be due to grinding of teeth which could have resulted in chronic trauma to the cheek and resulted in fibroma. It could also be due to the presence of any remaining root stump of the wisdom teeth. Kindly get an OPG x ray done by your dentist to identify the problem exactly. Consult your dentist at the earliest.
