General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The symptoms are due to premenopausal hormonal fluctuations (secreted by intact ovaries). It can be managed by self-efforts (balance diet with riboflavin soy containing), exercises & mind concentration exercises along with +ve approach.
You need to get a thyroid function test for confirming its normalcy. Please consult your gynaecologist for hormone therapy as per your need.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
