Lump Infront Of My Ear, What Should I Do ?

hi i noticed about a year ago a dime size bump infront of my ear by my cheek bone and it still hasnt gone away it doesnt hurt at all what should i do?

It is parotid gland enlargement ,which can be due to many conditions like mixed parotid tumor & many other.So consult the surgeon ,get it investigated & treated.
