Lump On 4 Months Old Baby's Hand

hi , yesterday i found tht there is a lump on my baby hand on arm its a pea like n its also moving but i push to check tht he is feeling pain or not so he didnt cry thts mean he didnt have any pain but what is it?is anything worry about it?he is 4months old.plz answered my query i m so worried abt it

As per description this seems to be Lipoma - fat nodule/tumor. It is non malignant causes no problems but Get examination done by surgeon to confirm.
