Lump On Back Of Shoulder, Growing In Size, Causing Discomfort. Benign Lipoma?

what does a Benign lipoma look like , I have a lump on my back on my shoulder about the size of an med. avocado it does not hurt but as it has grown it has getting more irritable, I can not lay on that side no more because it causes irritability and much discomfort So I would like to see what it looks like to see if it looks like what I have

Hi, as you describe it appears to be a ganglion, a projection from the shoulder joint or some other joint. as it grows it starts paining or discomfort.
lipoma will never cause pain or discomfort.
It can be diagnised only by palpation, and examination. So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to get it excised. Thank you.
