Lump On Neck And Feels Like A Pulse. Having Panic Attacks. Is It Cancerous?

Hi I found a vet large lump in my neck a few days ago and is feel a pulse when I touch it. I am really scared and don't know what to do? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow with my primary care doctor but I am having panic attacks thinking it could be cancer or a anyseusn ? I am 29yo mother if two who has factor v Leiden and have already suffered a large PE

If u are having any symtoms like weight loss, malena, haemoptysis,breast lump haematemesis, cough,altered bowel habit then i would suggest USG guided fine needle aspiration cytology from neck lump to determine whether it is benign or malignant in nature.
