Lump On The Arm After Being Hit. Pain In The Wrist, Tingling In The Finger. Strained Muscle?

Hi, earlier today I was rushing out the door and turned around quickly. My forearm hit the door an it really hurt right away. I put ice on it and figured I maybe brised the bone because it still about 6 hours later has not briised. There is a lump and it is verh tendr. Now it is hurting to move my wrist and if I try to bend my wrist back it hurts. My pinky is tingling and I cant close my hand without ig hurting on yhe top and palm of my hand. It feels like something is pulling.
