Lump On The Inside Of Thigh, Hard And Painless. What Could It Be ?

I have a lump on the inside of my thigh, it is hard and painless, about the size of a chick pea. It is located almost near my testicles and is painless but does not feel fluid filled. I noticed it about four days ago and it has not changed in size. Today I monitored the area and found a zit on my other inner thigh area. What do you think it could be? Is it cancerous or not? I have been wearing down my mind thinking about it. Oh and also I have been spending a lot of time working out in sweaty underwear and wearing wet bathing suits for a long time. Thanks for reading this.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The small painless lump on your thigh is likely to be a benign swelling like sebaceous cyst, lipomas, fibroma, etc. This needs tests like FNAC for proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
