MRI Done. What Does Results Suggest? Do I Need Surgery?

hi,
i had MRI and have this result:

FINDINGS:
There is extensive mucosal thickening with mucous retention cysts in both
maxillary sinuses. Haller air cells are seen bilaterally but there appears
to have been previous maxillary antrostomies allowing maxillary sinus
drainage.
There is mucoperiosteal thickening throughout the ethmoid and frontal air
cells with only a single mucous retention cyst at the floor of the sphenoid
sinus.
The mastoid air cells are normal. There is no abnormality of the inner
ears.
The nasal cavity is unremarkable.

CONCLUSION:
Extensive mucoperiosteal thickening throughout the frontal, ethmoidal and
maxillary sinuses; previous maxillary antrostomies have been performed to
allow infundibular drainage.

do i need any surgery ?
thanks

position look like as you need surgery as there are chances of recurences and sas blockage is there you need to open up for draining sinuses and clearing the sinuses for proper functioning of the area
