Hello and welcome to HCM, The interpretation of MRI of the cervical spine is as follows: There is spasm of the muscles of the cervical spine. This cervical spine is the part of the spinal cord present in the neck region. The spasm in the neck muscles is bringing about the change in the contour of the cervical spine. However, these changes are temporary and can be reversed. Cervical spine exercises are required to relax the muscles around the neck. Maintaining a good posture is the key to prevent neck muscle tension and spasm.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
