from brain nerves come down and run parallel in a 'sac' just inside a cover made of vertebral bodies. (just think of a pillor made of bricks covering a tunnel with a sac inside). these vertebral bodies are cemented by central disc. sometimes this cementing 'central disc ' slip slightly and press into the sac---nerves inside get partially compressed-cause pain, tingling, weakness . this thing is happening at your c4-c5, c5-c6 level
your nerves comes out through little exits between your vertebral column. at c3-c4 & c5-c6 level they are a little narrower at rt side ---may have pain/spasm at rt arm / neck
best wishws
