ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon.
On the basis of information provided it appears that your son has

Sinusitis - It refers to the infection of sinuses and presents as headache, nose block, nasal discharge, anosmia
AND
Aneurysm - It refdrs to a sac of blood attached to the blood vessel. It appears there is intracranial aneurysm. This is because of the weak blood vessel wall and a part of that wall balloons out . It carries a risk of rupture and bleeding in cranial cavity. If it ruptures it can be life threatening. This also presents with headache. At times it may be asymptomatic.

If diagnosed in time or accidently I suggest you to consult a neurosurgeon to get the answer that clipping of vessel is required or not. May be you will require some more tests.

I hope this answers your concern
