MRI Of Lumbo Sacral Spine Done. Is The Report Normal?

MRI Examination of the Lumbo-Sacral spine
Name:                Age           Sex
Iman Azanati           37          F
Technique of examination:
•     MRI, Sagittal T1 & T2 WIs "plate 1& 2"
•     Axial T2 WIs "plate 3"
MRI findings:
•     Diminished height and bright T2 signal intensity of the L4-L5 lumbar disc denoting dehydration.
•     L4-L5 postierior central disc protrusion indenting the theca and encroaching on the lower aspect of the corresponding both exit neural foramina more on the right
•     Normal marrow signal pattern
•     No pre-vertebral pr para-vertebral signal abnormalities
Opinion
•     L4-L5 central disc protrusion encroaching both exit neural foramina more on the right side
•     L4-L5 disc dehydration
