I can understand from your history that you are having a relapse of disc bulging at the place where you last had in 2009.
There is not much difference between the two protrusions
The current disc protrusion is in anterior direction which is involving the anterior epidural fat and similar narrowing of foramina through which spinal nertves are sprouting out from the spinal cord. You had the similar narrowing in 2009.
