Sever back pain, knee pain, MRI scan shows 1. Sacralization of vertebra 2 undulating end plate margins noted in the lumbar vertebrae at multiple levels 3. minimal annular bulges of l1-2, l2-3and l3-4 discs indent the thecal sac 4. annular bulge with minimal posterior protursion of l4-5 disc indents thecal sac Is surgery required or with medications it shall be cured? Help required
