Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at Healthcaremagic!

The
MRI brain shows two small spots in the deep forebrain which turn bright on the scan and not causing pressure effect on surrounding brain.
It indicates two possibilities:
1) Ischaemia: limited blood supply. It is common at advancing age. Uncommon with small vessel disesse due to many other causes.
2) Demyelination: diseases causing loss of cover of the nerves of the brain. It too has many causes.
It is advisable to be guided by a good
neurologist to differentiate these.
A CSF (cerebro-spinal fluid examination, advanced brain imaging may be needed along with other blood investigations as appropriate).
Remedy depends on the causes found on detailed evaluation.
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Please ask for any clarifications before closing and rating this query.
