MRI Shows Disc Protrusion Affecting Thecal Sac, Cervical Chain Lymph Nodes. Meaning Of Scan?

I had an MRI scan done and in the results it says there is a broad based central left paracentral disc protrusion, affecting the left anterolateral thecal sac , encroaching and narrowing the left exit neural forearm . It also said at the end Incidental note made of bilateral subcentimetre level II cervical chain lymph nodes what does this mean

yuo have not mentioned the age however simple breathing pranayama focusing your concentration on your painful part and doing certain yogas will minimise your pain
