MRI Shows Three Samll Cortical Yperintensities In Brain Which May Result In Small Area Of Ischemia. Serious?
I have do MRI scan and the result- Impression:-Three small cortical hyperintensities in the right frontal regionin middle frontal gyri without diffusion restriction or mass effect which may result small area of ischemia. Rest of MRI brain is whithin normal limit.
Pls suggest me what is this disease and is it curable and any danger to health. Also suggest mo what to do
Hi, Thank you for posting your query. We need to interpret the MRI brain data in the light of symptoms. So, it would be useful if you can add some clinical data to your query. Looking at the MRI report in isolation, there is no need to worry, as the findings noted are minor. Common causes for same include ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain) and migraine.
