In most person premature ejaculation is associated with
stress and
anxiety. In that case daily relaxation and deep
breathing exercise will help.
Practicing Kegel exercises help to control ejaculation. Kegel exercises are done as follows:- The muscles to be exercised are the pelvic muscles. These can be felt by purposely stopping the flow of urine in midstream and starting again. The muscles that squeeze the
urethra and anus are the ones involved. Remembering what it felt like to control these muscles during urination, try to contract them when not urinating. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times in one session. If you practice Kegel's exercise regularly you will find increase in your ejaculation time.
You can try some foreplay before going for sex and desensitization to help you gain erection and then do start and stop technique i.e the moment you feel you are ejaculating you stop all stimiulus and start deep breathing .
