Many Sleepless Nights. Want To Have Good Sleep. Medicine?
for last couple of months i couldn't sleep properly i had many sleepless nights. this caused because of the office environment which is not conducive and congenial. I put lot of efforts, hard work and analytical job some times my superior (stupid) take advantage of my suggestions and complete advantage of my superb job but didnt report my ability and good work to the concern honestly and during this annual review he got good increment and i am ignored largely. He just pretend he does lot but i do much better than him and I proved it lot of times in his absense when he away from office for vacation. it hurts me intensively and this disturbed me lot. Now somehow i manage to convince my self but still very difficult.... continuous sleepless nights spoiled my health, i want good sleep now for some days pl advise who should i approach for medicine / treatment. please dont disclose my name or email id - you can address me by name Jahangir.

I advise you to go to a psychiatrist to discuss you issues and undergo some counselling sessions to relieve your anxiety levels because your problem is not just about sleep its deeply related to your anxiety levels at work.
