Marks Of Burn In Hand. Can I Use Mederma Skin Cream Or Soframycin To Reduce Burn Marks?

hi, my hand got burned through hot water and i got blisters on it, i applied silver x and soframycin on my skin,now the blisters have completely gone and wound has healed up. But the marks of burn are still there on my skin.
what should i apply to reduce the burn marks???? should i use Mederma skin cream or keep on applying Soframycin???

Hi, you may be having post burn,postinflammatory hypo and hypermelanosis with scarring. Take vitamin E 400 mg daily, vtamin C 500 mg twice a day for long time.Apply silicone containing gel like hexilak silicone gel twice a day. Protect the area from sunrays... Avoid soap. You can use alovera containing face wash.. I hope you will be benefitted..ok
