hi , my fathers MRI shows "a few pin point ischemic foci in both cerebral hemisphers white matter are seen. the lateral, 3rd & 4 th. ventricles are normal in size and shape without midlineshift . the brain stem & both cerebellar hemispheres are okay. pituitary gland sinuses are intact. orbits & chiasm are unremarkable." he had very headache .. please help .

You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,ultrasound of abdomen. Treatment of underlying etiology should be done. Hope i have answered your query.
