Sir, I am 22years old. im 163cm tall.is there any posssibility to increase it by 2 to 3 cm.

There are no ideal medicine to increase height. All medicines making such claim can be either ineffective or fake.

Use of growth hormone is not justified and also has side effects.

So natural way to increase height to would be stretching exercises , cycling and sports.
