Met With Car Accident. Did MRI Scan. Explain The Results.

What does this mean? I was in a car accident which caused me pain and is the reason the MRI was done. Was all this from the accident and what does all this mean?
I have a c6-7 3mm central disc herniation with mild canal narrowing and slight cord impingement accompanied by an annular tear. There is subtle flattening of the anterior aspect of the adjacent spinal cord.
C4-5 there is a 1-2mm disc bulge which indents the thecal sac
L4-5 disc narrowing and early degeneration
L5-S1 1mm restrolisthesis
I am 37, female, fit, 5'4" and 118lbs

if any symptoms consult doctor and correlate with MRI , if no symptoms MRI findings seems to be alright with ur age , consult doctor to avoid progression of disc
