Metallic Taste In Mouth, Chest Congestion, Choking On Swallowing Food, Itchy Scalp, Hyper Pigmentation, Not Pregnant. What Is The Cause?

I am having metallic taste in the mouth and my chest feels congested when I swallow food it feels like am choking. 37 yrs feeling week out of breathe, itchy scalp , hyperpigmentation , my urine is colourless my stool so soft and light yellow, blood shot eyes, mild temperature, loss of appetite , am not pregnant and dont have periods what could this be? When I walk I dont have enery please help. I am suspecting my husband is poisoning me please tell me what to do since hair analysis is not available here.
