Migraine, Chest And Back Pain, Pain In Head. Meaning?

Hi; My name is Kim, and i have been having migraines, and really bad chest and back pain s for one week now and about every 10 minutes i will get this really sharp pain a cross the front part of my head (its kinda feels like the pain u get when u touch something and it shock s you)...... ,,,,, my question is, what does this mean.
