Hello
Welcome to HCM

In migraine headache most of the times MR scanning or other investigations like EEG come normal. Migraine is a front temporal headache, that is pulsatile, associated with nausea vomiting blurred vision, it is an episodic type of headache. It tend to occur in episodes. So if you were on medicines for a year and then again headache reoccured, it is due to episodic nature of headache.
There are a lot of medicines which can be taken in order to prevent the occurrence of headache like Propranolol, Sodium valporate etc.
For symptomatic relief medicines like betahistine, cinnarizine, paracetamol will help.

Visit your doctor for proper medicines.

Thanks
