Myocardial Infraction or Heart Attack is serious heath problem but it is good that he is recovering and I hope his BP and other vital parameter are OK.What is his age ? Is he a smoker or any other medical problem if not his angiography shows blocks one is 100% which one ? LAD or RCA but there are blocks in other arteries also how much % . Usually when single or two arteries are blocked Angiplasty may be done but when multiple significant blocks are there we advise coronary artery Bypass surgery which is treatment of choice in good hands this procedure is quite safe,Disscuss with your cardiologist and Cardio thoracic surgeon.
