Mild Pain In The Scrotum Radiating To The Abdomen. Frequent Urination. Why?
Hi I'm 33 years old 6 ft 13 st and always been in good health.. I've been experiencing a mild pain in my scrotum area mainly the left side but its quit hard to pin point.. The pain sometimes goes up into stomach abdomen area- groin.. I have no lumps in my testicles and they both feel normal to me.. I also seem to be urinating a lot, when I pass urine it feels very relieving.. Any advise much appreciated.. Matt

Mister, you should first rule out urinary infection which is the most common cause of such difficulties. Secodnly, you should look for STD or other epididimal infection. WHatverev it is it can be easily treated by antibiotics but only after the diagnosis is verified.
And last possible causes are noninfectious such as inguinal hernia or varicocele. This should be evaluated by ultrasound. Wish you good health.
