i have mild pain near the pelvic region while discharging urine.what should i do? is there anything to worry about?

I think at this point I cannot be very specific in your answer. The pelvic pain has different reasons. I want to know your age, sexual history and associated symptoms.
Most of such symptoms resolve on their own if the fighting capacity of the body is good. However my tips are refrain from sexual activity for sometime( if active), drink good amount of water and clean the genitals after each rest room use.
