Miscarriage And Bled, Had Ovulation Related Mucus With Nausea, Heart Burn. What Is Going On?

I suffered from a miscarriage and bled for about 3 and 1/2 months. Finally, the bleeding stopped. Around the 8th of December, I thought I noticed ovulation related mucus and begin trying for a baby. Recently, I took several pregnancy tests and all come up negative. However, I have been experiencing slight nasuea, acid reflux/ heartburn , like pink discharge and feel like I might be pregnant. Is it possible?

Hello
Thanks for your query
If the pregnancy test is negative, then chances of your being pregnant are not good.
There are very rare situations where this test is falsely negative.
Moreover, merely relying on cervical mucus for ovulation is not a good way of trying to conceive
If you are anxious to conceive, please see a proper infertility specialist, get yourself investigated accordingly and then proceed
Also, I hope you had good follow up after your miscarriage, since bleeding for more than 3 months is not normal
Take care
