OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The milking of the breasts is normal even after one year of childbirth or abortion. This is due to the hormones released in the body to cause the uterus to contract.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

OB & GYN Specialist Dr. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa's  Response
Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
Yes it is normal to feel some breast engorgement and to have some discharge from your nipples after termination of pregnancy even if the termination was es early as two months. The reccomendations in this case are breast elevation and compression (by wearing a tight bra) together with cold foments on your breast. Do not try to squeeze them in order to express milk or evacuate them. You may use any form of analgesia for the temporary pain. The engorgement will be relieved within few days and if not please contact your local doctor.
I hope these words were useful to you.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
