Hello ma'am and welcome.

Infections after a miscarriage are common and are caused due to residual contents of conception. I would advise a complete and thorough examination of your uterus to rule out any residual matter. Please visit your doctor for the same, immediately after which you may start trying to conceive.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
