OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
The previous history of preeclampsia has no relation to your current complain which is back pain. As for the abortion, you must make sure that the uterus is completely empty (no remnants of conception) by ultrasound scan, and check with your doctor that you are free of any infection or cervical lesions that may radiate pain to your back.
If every thing is fine I advise you to visit an orthopedic to evaluate your back pain.
I hope these words were useful to you.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
