Misoprostol Inserted In Vagina During Pregnancy, Spotting, Clots, Brown Discharge. Tired, Belly Getting Bigger. Pregnant?

I took 4 misoprostol inserted in vigina at my 5th week preg I bleed only for one day with clots coming out and red blood countinue with spotting and brown discharge I feel so tired and extremely nasuse I feel that my belly is getting bigger what should I do and dose that mean I'm still preg and if I'm the baby is going to be unhealthy

Hi,
This is most likely incomplete abortion or a threatened abortion followed by continuation of pregnancy.

I suggest you get an ultrasonography done as it will help in the diagnosis of both conditions.
If the baby is alive, which is a rare possibility, any anomalies can be detected by a level 3 or 4 ultrasound so this should not be an issue.
