Missed Period, Experiencing Pelvic Pain. HPT Negative. Suggestions?

Hi I have missed my period by almost two months now. Which is not abnormal for me. Actually, I have gone 3 months without a period before. I recently took a home pregnancy test that came back negative. I am becoming concerned now because I am experiencing some pelvic pain . It s mostly on the right side and is progressively getting worse. What would you suggest I do?

Radiologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Pain in right illiac fossa may be due to appendicitis, ureteric colic or ovarian cyst. In any case you need to consult your physician or radiologist . Ultrasonography is investigation of choice. It will delineate the cause.
Further management is dependent on findings. Depending on your symptoms please visit doctor as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
