Missed Period, Having Severe Vomiting, Drowsiness And Pinching In Abdomen. Can I Be Pregnant?

I have missed my period since oct 16 2013 I checked on 11-12-2013 pregnancy test kit it is negative I have been suggested susten 100 by my doctor I have severe vomiting sensation I feel sleeply drowsiness and pinching feel in my pelvic and abdomen once in a while please advice if I may be pregnant as we are planning for a baby this is my second pregnancy I have baby girl of 10 years elective c section birth weight 3.1 healthy baby all reports thyroid diabetes and bp every thing is normal all other blood related parameters normal cbc hep hiv done normal

Yes, if you have missed periods. The first thing that needs to be ruled out is pregnancy, then an ultrasound examination may be necessary.
